Custom floor plan 3D renderings are created at this time so you can “see” the depth of the design and what the finished product would look like.
Materials such as tile, carpet, cabinets and fixtures will all be listed allowances within your contract. This gives you the opportunity to choose these items and be in control of the finished products being installed.
Once the contract has been signed, your project manager provides you with a detailed project plan of your basement finish that will show our start and finish dates. In addition a material selection sheet will be provided that keeps you up to date on allowance selections and when they are due. Your project manager is there to help you choose these items by providing lists of our preferred vendors as well as providing you suggestions for your selections.
All of our basements at Viking Custom Builders are permitted and inspected by your local building department.
